TOOL KIT INCLUDES

Colorado on iTunesU  http://goo.gl/t1993 (iTunes required)  This site supports audio & video in a consistent format that is delivered through the Apple iTunesU. This service is free to all Colorado districts. Visit Colorado on iTunesU and see resources that other districts have created and are sharing statewide.  Resources you will find include Algebra II student instruction videos from Monte Vista, how to use the Promethean Board  from DPS, and free resources from History Colorado, Douglas County Center for Professional Development, the Council on 21st Century Learning and much more.  Districts and organizations are invited to share content and resources that they have through Colorado on iTunes U. Please contact Julie Rieken at: riekenfive@gmail.com  if you have content or know of content that you think should be shared through Colorado on iTunes U.  You can get additional information at: http://www.enetcolorado.org/

eNetcolorado Online Learning     http://moodle.enetcolorado.org – This site brings teachers and districts high-quality and low-cost professional development supported by Intel Teach and the Verizon Thinkfinity programs.  This site also supports professional development that is free and being made available by BOCES, districts, and projects across the state.  If your school district, BOCES, or educational organization wants to support your own online online professional development and/or courses for students, eNetColorado makes this environment available at a low cost. And remember, eNetColorado provides its partner districts and BOCES inexpensive web conferencing via Adobe Connect Pro to  support “blended-learning” offerings.

New online courses are starting in January and February.  See a complete catalogue and registration information at: http://www.enetcolorado.org/

The Digital Resource Exchange and Marketplace – DREAM - DREAM supports curriculum resources and “learning objects” shared and accessed by teachers and students in a “standards-based” online community. DREAM helps teachers in searching for, creating, and sharing resources that are aligned to the new Colorado Academic Standards.  DREAM gives teachers and administrators the ability to align content and activities to the Colorado standards, the Principal and Teacher Effectiveness Standards, NETS-T, and Common Core. Teachers can immediately access and use free, high quality, standard’s aligned content from sources like NASA, the PhET project at the University of Colorado, Khan Academy, American Museum of Natural History, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, National Digital Science Library, and many more.

Colorado educators can start using a free DREAM account now by signing up at http://www.learning.com/coloradodream.
Districts can also have eNetColorado through learning.com setup their own district account so their teachers can share and create resources with their district.
