We invite you to join us for the first annual Google Apps for Education Rocky Mountain Summitto, which will be held at the Boulder Marriott on August 2 & 3, 2012. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating and using Google Apps for Education to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google Apps for Education team.

Register now to send teachers, administrators, tech directors, library media specialists, tech support staff, CTOs, and anyone who is interested in finding out more about leveraging Google Apps for Education to support student learning.

The 2012 CDE Summer Symposia, a two-day learning opportunity facilitated by CDE, will assist schools and districts in unifying their work around Colorado’s reform agenda.

Participants will:
. Gain knowledge related to the reform initiatives, including requirements, timelines, and resources;
. Increase understanding of the interdependent nature of the reform initiatives; and
. Expand capacity to plan and accomplish an integrated and effective approach to implementation of the reform initiatives.

Target Group: District leadership teams, comprised of district, school, classroom representatives, and grant project managers who are responsible for implementation. The intent is to enhance the capacity of all schools and districts to implement these important initiatives.

Dates and Locations:
-Monday and Tuesday, June 4 & 5 in La Junta
-Monday and Tuesday, June 11 & June 12 in Grand Junction
-Tuesday and Wednesday, June 19 & 20 in Denver
